Caylee Noggle was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia Hospital Association (GHA) in August 2023. With extensive leadership experience spanning healthcare, state government, and higher education, she is a strong advocate for Georgia’s hospitals and works strategically to improve health outcomes for communities across the state. Prior to joining GHA, Noggle served as Commissioner of the Georgia Department of Community Health, overseeing a complex healthcare portfolio that included Georgia Medicaid and the state’s largest employer-sponsored health insurance plan. Noggle has also served as a member of Governor Brian P. Kemp’s senior leadership team, holding several key roles with broad operational responsibility across state government.
