Camille Naughton is President of Cristo Rey Atlanta Jesuit High School, a college-prep high school that serves economically disadvantaged students from throughout the metro area. Before assuming the role of president, she managed the school’s Advancement and Corporate Work Study Programs. The school’s unique Corporate Work Study Program partners with 125 corporations in Atlanta, who each provide Cristo Rey students with corporate internships that offset most of the student’s tuition. Under Camille’s leadership, the school raised over $30M to build a campus in the heart of downtown Atlanta. Camille was a part of the team that founded the school in 2014. Each of the first five graduating classes have earned 100% college acceptance and a total of $85M in scholarships.

Prior to her time at Cristo Rey, Camille served as Director of Development for Christ the King School for five years. Previously, Camille was Director of Government Affairs for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and began her career as a Legislative Aide in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Camille sits on the Metro Chamber Board of Directors, Central Atlanta Progress Board of Directors, Emory University Board of Visitors, the Cristo Rey Network Board of Trustees and is a member of Leadership Atlanta’s Class of 2023. She is also a sustaining member of the Atlanta Junior League, and an American Enterprise Institute Leadership Network alum. She holds a Master’s in Arts degree from the University of Notre Dame, a Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University, and has completed nonprofit management programs at Harvard Business School and the Kellogg School of Management. Camille and her husband Tim have two children; Mac who works for EY in Nashville, and Clare, who is in graduate school at Boston College.
