The Kiwanis Club of Atlanta Hybrid Meetings will be in the upstairs Grand Room for the next several months.  Seating will be limited to 40 people, 3 per round table, to ensure safe, social distancing.  All members and their guests must abide by the new protocols and only those with a confirmed advance reservation will be admitted.

Hybrid Registration Process
 
The Kiwanis Club of Atlanta Hybrid Meetings will be in the upstairs Grand Room for the next several months.  Seating will be limited to 40 people, 3 per round table, to ensure safe, social distancing.  And all members and their guests must abide by the new protocols.  Member volunteers will be trained in reception, the paperless check in system as well as seating individuals at the socially distanced tables.
  1. ALL MEMBERS MUST MAKE A RESERVATION in advance of the luncheon meeting.  Reservations will open on the Tuesday prior at 1:15 pm and members will have priority access until Wednesday at 5 pm.  Guests are welcome and may reserve an unused space after this time.  All Reservations must be received by Friday at Noon or until the space is sold out
  2. To make a reservation, you can register on our website under the events area, email the club at KiwanisClubAtlanta@gmail.com or call 404.521.1443.  Registration will close at Friday Noon or when the meeting is sold out.  After this date, email the club to determine if there is available space.
  3. Associate, Satellite, Emeritus and Honorary Members may attend at the member discount rate of $15.  For guests, or their member sponsors, the price is $20.
  4. Due to limited space and food service, NO member walk ins or guests will be allowed. 
  5.  All members and their guests must bring their own face masks and wear them when entering the Loudermilk Center, have a temperature check and  use hand sanitizer upon entering and keep a social distance between other individuals.  Masks should be always worn, except while eating, and especially if walking around or using the restroom.
  6.  Members may arrive as early at 11:30 am and will be seated immediately after the paperless check in process.
  7.  The use of name badges will be suspended until further notice as we determine the best way to sanitize them. 
  8.  Upon leaving the meeting, members should continue to wear masks and social distance while walking to their cars.
 
Interim Parking Information
Until we resume fully open meetings, the following procedures will be in place regarding parking.  These are special discounted rates that will only take place during this Hybrid timeframe.  Once the meeting is open to all members and guests, the original parking rates will be in effect.
 
Parking Card Holders:
For members who have parking cards, they can continue to use them as before.  Be sure to swipe your card open entering the parking deck, and then use it again when you leave.  You must use your card to enter for it to work on the way out.  You will be billed for parking at a discounted rate of $1.50 each time you attend a meeting.
 
For Those Who Take Individual Tickets:
            If you don’t have a parking card, take a ticket upon entering.  When you leave, you will press the button at the exit box and let the security guard know you were with Kiwanis.  You will be billed for parking at a discounted rate of $1.50 each time you attend a meeting.
