Jon Birdsong is a born and raised Atlantan who has spent the majority of his career in software. Before helping transform Atlanta's downtown, he spent 6  years as a Partner at Atlanta Ventures. Here he started 6 companies and invested in over 20 throughout the years. Before then, Jon worked at several startups on Georgia Tech's Tech Square and Buckhead's Atlanta Tech Village where he was the first sales and marketing hire for Salesloft. Starting January 2nd, Jon became the CEO of SoDo Atlanta, LLC, the holding company of 10 city blocks, 15 acres, and 53 buildings in Atlanta's historic South Downtown.
