Tim Wright is an Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia State University. He joined Avison Young in 2020 and specializes tenant representation in the office sector. He is a key part of the office leasing efforts, and specializes in representing professional services groups and law firms in their real estate needs. Since joining the firm he’s become an “ambassador” and expert of the Downtown Atlanta submarket; tracking the changes in the area and progress of key developments.

His career in Commercial Real Estate began at Pinewood Forrest, now Trilith Development, on the development team.

Tim is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Kiwanis Club of Atlanta, and Central Atlanta Progress.
