Rosa McHugh serves as President & CEO of the Chastain Park Conservancy. Trained as an architect and city planner, she has spent more than 25 years leading projects that connect communities to nature and strengthen the role of parks in urban life.

Catherine Spillman serves as Executive Director of the Atlanta Memorial Park Conservancy (AMPC), a role she has held since 2014 as its first executive leader and a founding board member. Under her leadership, AMPC has partnered with public and private stakeholders to advance connectivity, watershed, and greenspace improvements—bringing more than $200 million in enhancements to the park.

Doug Widener is President & CEO of the Piedmont Park Conservancy, where he leads efforts to expand and reimagine Atlanta’s iconic park through strategic partnerships and a major capital campaign. Previously, he served as Executive Director of the Lincoln Park Conservancy and held multiple leadership roles with the U.S. Green Building Council, focusing on sustainability, advocacy, and organizational growth. Doug brings decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, environmental stewardship, and community-driven initiatives.
