The KCA Weekly Luncheon meetings are the best place to come, hear our fabulous speakers, enjoy fellowship and a fabulous lunch. Starting in November, our food service will again be provided by the Loudermilk Center catering department, so no more bringing in bags of meals, plates, etc.! However, with this change we must have a firm reservation count by the Friday noon prior to the meeting. So last minute add ons will be more difficult. This also means that when you do make a reservation and do not attend, we have left over food that we must pay for. Cancellation Policy: The board of directors approved a policy to begin charging all members that have a reservation, but do not attend, the cost of their meal. Please be sure that you both make your reservation to attend, or cancel one that you may have, by Noon on the Friday prior to the luncheon! If you currently are on the auto registration list, but are not attending regularly, please email me so that I can remove your name and you can sign up for the meetings you can attend. And if you are attending regularly, consider adding your name to the auto registration list so that you don't have to worry about it! Thanks for your attention to this! |
