Hal Schlenger is the head of the Conscious Capitalism chapter for Atlanta along with being the managing director of an independent employees benefits agency who believes that health insurance isn’t broken.  However, the incentives are terribly misaligned, so Hal evangelizes disruptive solutions for businesses with 5 – 75 employees that had been traditionally for those with 500+ employees.  These are examples where the employers, employees, doctors and hospitals all win.   Prior to being a benefits broker, Hal was involved with involved with account management, product management and marketing in the tech space.  Originally from Baltimore and an alumni of Syracuse University, he’s always ready to go sailing,  Hal and his wife Alison live in Marietta, recently having their 117th rescued golden retriever adopted.

Nadia Rahali is the Director of The Loudermilk Center in Atlanta, empowering   national and local  nonprofits and purpose-driven organizations to convene, collaborate, and create meaningful impact. She is also the founder of Movere Alliance, a boutique consulting firm that supports nonprofit leaders in fundraising, leadership, and conscious growth. Nadia  holds a Bachelors degree in Political Science and African American Studies from Old Dominion University and Lives in Downtown Atlanta.
