Each year, KI requires all clubs to conduct a youth protection training so that we can inform and educate our members on guidelines, best practices and required actions for our members who work with youth under the age of 18. As a member of one of our youth committees, you are invited to participate. The GA District Youth Protection Manager is doing this training for the Galleria/NW Kiwanis club on Oct. 28th, 12:15 pm, and it will be offered via Zoom. All of our clubs in our Division 1 are invited to participate so that we can check off this requirement! As a leader of our club and a chair of a committee that works with youth, I hope that you will attend this session! I am also going to put this in the bulletin and also send to all members of the committees that serve youth, so hopefully we will get a good turnout.
