Kiwanis Club of Atlanta
Hybrid Registration Process

The Kiwanis Club of Atlanta Hybrid Meetings will be in the upstairs Grand Room for the next several months.  Seating will be social distanced to ensure safety.  And our club will abide by the latest CDC guidelines as well as Loudermilk Center protocols.  Member volunteers will be trained in reception, the paperless check in system as well as seating individuals at the socially distanced tables.
  1. ALL MEMBERS MUST MAKE A RESERVATION in advance of the luncheon meeting by Friday at Noon prior to the luncheon meeting
  2. To make a reservation, you can register on our website under the events area, email the club at KiwanisClubAtlanta@gmail.com or call 404.521.1443.  Registration will close at Friday Noon or when the meeting is sold out.  After this date, email the club to determine if there is available space.
  3. Associate, Satellite, Emeritus and Honorary Members may attend at the member discount rate of $15.  For guests, or their member sponsors, the price is $20.
  4. Due to limited space and food service, NO member walk ins or guests will be allowed.
  5. Per Loudermilk Requirements: all members and their guests must bring their own face masks and wear them when entering and leaving the Loudermilk Center and respect social distance guidelines.
  6. Wearing masks while in the upstairs area and meeting room are a personal decision, and all fully vaccinated individuals are  not required to wear them, except when entering and leaving the Loudermilk Center.
  7.  Members may arrive as early at 11:30 am, go through the paperless check in process and secure their lunch.
  8.  The use of name badges will be suspended until further notice as we determine the best way to sanitize them.  Temporary name badges are provided for those that want to wear them.
  9.  Upon exiting the Loudermilk Center, members should continue to wear masks and social distance.
