With more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Merritt Lancaster joined Paces Properties in 2012 with a diverse knowledge in multi-family, retail, office, industrial, hospitality, self-storage and senior housing. Merritt has been involved in over $2 billion in real estate transactions as a Principal and Lender. As CIO, Merritt is involved in all aspects of Paces’ business with a focus on the financial and operational aspects of the Company’s investments. Prior to joining Paces, Merritt spearheaded capital arrangements and management for conventional apartment units in various development projects, maintained multiple institutional relationships, and procured multiple new capital sources for recapitalization of existing assets and new developments.
